1. Items of personal information to be collected and methods of collection
Winnercom collects the following personal information for fair and effective recruitment.

▶ By having the applicant directly input the applicant’s information through the external recruitment portal site, name (Korean, English, Chinese), photo image, academic background, marital status, hobbies, special skills, subjects and grades, e-mail, phone number, and mobile phone number We collect phone number, address, military service information, veterans and disability information, language ability, career, qualifications, family, education completion, awards, project projects, and thesis information.

▶ Winnercom Co., Ltd. has a procedure for obtaining comprehensive consent for personal information collection and separate consent for uniquely identifiable information, sensitive information, third parties and consignment processing through personal information collection and use consent.

▶ WINNERCOM Co., Ltd. does not collect information through cookies.

4. Consignment of collected personal information processing
Winnercom Co., Ltd. does not entrust the processing of personal information to an outside company without the consent of the customer. If such a need arises in the future, we will notify the customer of the consignor information, the details of the consigned work, and the period of retention and use of personal information, and obtain separate consent for this.


5. Period of retention and use of collected personal information
In principle, after the ‘purpose of collecting and using personal information’ has been achieved, Winnercom will destroy the information without delay. However, personal information is retained for a certain period as follows in accordance with laws and internal policies. (Relevant laws: Income Tax Act, Labor Standards Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, etc., Internal Policy: Talent Pool Registration and Regular Recruitment, etc.)

▶ Recruitment applicant’s personal information: Retain and use after the relevant recruitment process is completed, with separate notice and consent from the applicant

▶ Personal information of the resigning person: Retained for 3 years after resigning for the purpose of proof of experience, etc., and after 3 years, retain and use with separate notice and consent from the person concerned


6. Personal information destruction procedures and methods
The information provided by customers for job application, etc. is stored separately from other personal information for a certain period of time and then destroyed according to the reasons for information retention according to internal policies and other relevant laws and regulations after the purpose is achieved.

▶ Destruction method:  Personal information printed on paper is shredded with a shredder or destroyed by incineration, and personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted by a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.


7. Rights of users and their legal representatives and how to exercise them
Winnercom Co., Ltd. has prepared the following procedures to guarantee the rights and interests and self-determination rights with respect to customers’ personal information.

▶ Customers may at any time request to the person in charge of personal information protection and/or manager to view, correct, or withdraw consent to personal information at any time, and WINNERCOM will take action without delay after verifying the customer’s identity.

▶ We will stop using and sharing your personal information until the correction is complete.

▶ In principle, WINNERCOM Co., Ltd. does not collect personal information from minors. However, in the case of unavoidable collection of personal information, we will seek the consent of a legal representative and manage it according to the ‘period of retention and use of collected personal information’.

12. Obligation to notify due to policy change
